I know myself and how to care for my own well-being. I can assess my own personal strengths and needs, persist in overcoming obstacles to reach my own goals, make wise choices and informed decisions, and adapt to new challenges and opportunities by regulating my emotions and adjusting my behavior to positively impact myself and others.

In these above weekly logs and reflections I believe I exhibit emotional regulation, establishment of my own sense of identity, and confidence.
I am able to cultivate honest and vulnerable reflection on my work, expanding on both my strengths and weaknesses throughout this course. I took the time to create elaborate and detailed reflections on my work/assignments. With this, I was able to compute my next steps effectively and made significant and productive progress because of this.
