Hello! Welcome to the Infinite Campus Help Resources!
More items will be added as they are created to help you navigate our new Student Information System. You can also use the "Community" resources at anytime (click on the "waffle") to get help on a topic which may not yet be posted below. Keep in mind that some of the information in the Community will not mirror our program. To avoid confusion, use the tools in the PD hub as much as possible.
Some resources are directly from Infinite Campus and others are/will be created by Fox staff members
Infinite Campus Training Slide Deck - This slide deck is what is used at faculty meetings to help educators learning the infinite campus system.
Important Settings Info
When you are in Infinite Campus for the first time, be sure you go to Instruction > Teacher Center and TOGGLE ON the blue "Enable Classroom Navigation" button so you can see the screens correctly.

Sending Class Messages/Emails
Behavior Referral
This video explains how to enter a behavior referral. In some elementary buildings, administrators enter the referrals so please check with your administrator before submitting a referral.
Lunch Pins
To find a lunch pin for students, go the Main Menu and then Food Service and then Pin Report.
Student Google Passwords
To help students with their Google Password, go to Main Menu and then select Student Information. Then select Student Password which will be under the General category.
Employee Food Payments
For employees to pay for food service, they should go to Employee Self Service, My Food Service, and Pay.

Posting Grades at Quarter (Elementary)

Creating an Individual Student Grade Report (Secondary)
To print a report that shows all assignment scores for a student, go to INSTRUCTION. Under the REPORT section, select STUDENT SUMMARY REPORT. Select SHOW ASSIGNMENT DETAILS. Select the students that you want to print for or send to. Then you can generate the report.
