Ustaadh Omar is one of the Imams at WLICC in Parsons green. Originally from Jaffa, he was born and raised in the UK. He studied Anthropology in university in the UK and Shariah in the Islamic university of Madina. He has been involved with a number of well-known Islamic organisations including Al Jumuah Magazine, Al Muntada Al Islami, FOSIS and MRDF. He has led on national pro-justice campaigns in the UK and is the founder and director of Yaseen Youth Tours.
