Sheikh Abu `Abdillah Yunus bin Mahmud was born and raised in the UK. Having memorised the Qur’an at a young age, he went on to graduate from the renowned Islamic University of Medinah, obtaining a diploma in the Arabic language and thereafter a degree from the faculty of Shari`ah (Islamic Law). He has also studied extensively outside the university in the traditional method at the feet of reputable scholars in the Prophet’s City. Active in Da`wah in the UK, he dedicates a lot of his time supporting the youth of London.
