Speakers within this strand are experts in the processes of Da'wah i.e calling, conveying and inviting people to the message of Islam. These speakers are experts in dealing with audiences that are new to Islam or have questions as well as providing guidance to Muslims on how to approach calling people to Islam. They are also skilled at countering ideologies, beliefs and practices antithetical to Islam and proving how/why Islam is the ultimate truth in contrast with other faiths, scriptures and secular ideas.

HOW TO BOOK SPEAKERS:

  1. Have a good idea of what your ISoc's DIW talk will be about and have a working title in mind

  2. Read the Bio about the speaker, do your research and be sure that this is the speaker you would like to have for your event.

  3. View the speaker's page and check their availability on the calendar, unless they are ‘available on request’.

  4. Fill out the booking form with as much information as possible to facilitate the booking process. Please fill out a new form for each individual speaker booking request you would like to submit.

  5. We will then contact the speakers on your behalf and we will also contact you on the email address you have provided on the booking form to notify you that we have received your request and we have made contact with the speaker.

  6. From then on, we will continue to liaise with you to keep you updated on the progress of your booking request. We will liaise with the speaker to discuss their availability and the logistics of your booking request, in line with the details you have submitted in the form.

  7. After your booking request has been confirmed and accepted by the speaker, we will pass on the event's virtual details to the speaker and may share their contact with you closer to the day if need be.
