Module 1: Personalizing

This module is dedicated to helping you identify and clarify your interests and areas of expertise. We are all interested in something (usually more than one something!) and we are all experts in something.

Beginning

I can reflect on activities I do and places/groups I spend time with.

Proficient

I can reflect on my specific interests (both careers and hobbies), values, and strengths in the context of who I am as a person and the communities I belong to.

I have an accurate picture of my strengths

I can identify my values and biases, both explicit and implicit

I can identify what hobbies I enjoy

I can identify what careers I might want to pursue

I can identify my beliefs about my self in relation to the communities I belong to

I can identify how my personality and learning preferences relate to my success
