The FPA student drives their learning and personalizes their high school path. They utilize their PLP and the Mastery Transcript to plan, store and showcase their skills in both traditional and non-traditional ways.

The Content Advisors are EFHS faculty members who have been granted a Content Advisory block in their teach schedules to assist students in personalizing learning. They are also responsible for reviewing evidence of learning and approving Mastery Credits.

The FPA Advisor(s) work with students to plan the "big picture" pieces in the paths through high school. The FPA Advisor works with the FPA students on a regular basis to support planning and evidence curation.
