申込要件

筆頭報告者（代表報告者）が2025年度の会員であること。共同報告者は非会員も可。

筆頭報告者となる報告は１報告に限る。

筆頭報告者は以下の期限までに2026年度までの会費を納入している。

2026年度の会費納入期限：2026年7月3日(金)

期限までに会費の納入が確認できない場合は原則として報告を受け付けません。

お持ちでいな方は https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/27441 を参照にご準備ください。

Googleアカウント自体はGmail以外のメールアドレスでも取得可能です。

※ メールアドレスをお持ちでなく，Gmailアドレスも取得もできない場合は，学会事務局にご相談ください。

提出書類：個別報告予稿原稿

ファイル名：個報予稿・○○○○.pdf (○○○○は筆頭報告者の氏名)

(分科会報告の投稿の場合；分科会予稿・○○○○.pdf)

ファイル形式：PDF

予稿原稿書式：A4サイズ2枚、詳細は学会Webサイトの「個別報告予稿原稿」書式と「個別報告予稿原稿作成要領」(PDF)に従って作成

書式を満たしていない場合は、理由を問わず、報告を受け付けません。

提出後の書類の差し替えは、事務局からの指示以外を除き、申し込み期間内であっても受け付けないのでご注意ください。

Application Requirements

The first presenter (the lead presenter) must be members in FY 2025. Co-presenters may be non-members。

Only one presentation by the first presenter will be made.

The first presenter must have paid th membership fee for FY 2026 by the following date.

Deadline for payment of membership fee for FY 2026: July 3, 2026

If payment of the membership fee cannot be confirmed by the deadline, the presentation will not be accepted in principle.

If you don't have a Google account, please refer to https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/27441 to get it.

You can also get a Google account with an email address other than Gmail.

Submit: the Manuscripts for Contributed Paper Session

File name: 個報予稿・○○○○.pdf (○○○○ is the name first presenter)

File format: PDF

Format of the Manuscripts: 2 pages in A4 size paper. Created based on "Writing Guidelines of Manuscripts for Contributed Paper Session" (PDF) or "Form of the Manuscripts for Contributed Paper Session" (PDF).

    If your manuscripts does not adhere to the guidelines, it will not be accepted, regardless of the reason. In addition, replacement of the manuscripts after submission will not be accepted even during the application period, unless otherwise instructed by our office.
