The South Carolina Association of School Librarians has announced the nominees for this year's South Carolina Book Awards.  Selected by school librarians from around the state, these titles are guaranteed to please!

Picture Book Award nominees are recommended for PK-2nd grade, and Children's Book Award nominees are recommended for 3rd-5th grade.  There are also book award lists for the Junior Book Award (middle school) and Young Adult Book Award (high school).
