Freckle helps students grow by offering multiple ways to practice:
Adaptive Practice: Students can follow their own personalized math journey, set by their STAR Math scores.
Focused Skill Work: Target specific skills designed to support individual growth.
Fluency: Sharpen those essential math facts.
Teacher Assignments: Complete practice assigned directly by their math teacher.

Virtual Nerd includes over 1,500 video lessons covering middle school math through Algebra 2. Many of their videos are embedded within the enVision lessons they align to. However, you can also access them independently if that is easier.
Because Virtual Nerd is not specific to South Carolina you might have to look in a different course for the topic you need or utilize the search bar. For example, 7th grade GT and 8th grade learns how to solve equations with variables on both sides but videos are under Pre-Algebra.
All students have access to Khan Academy, a fantastic FREE online resource for all middle school math topics.
If your student is struggling or just needs a little extra practice, Khan Academy offers:
Video Lessons: Clear, short videos that explain concepts step-by-step.
Practice Exercises: Interactive practice problems to test understanding.
Personalized Pace: Students can work at their own speed to catch up or get ahead.
It's a great tool to review previous grade-level material or get a fresh perspective on what they are learning in class! You can search for specific topics/skills or complete one of their ready-made courses. Please know these courses are not exactly aligned to SC standards and content progression, but they can still be a great resource.
