Are you ready to explore the fun side of math? The GHMS Math Club is the perfect place for students who want to enjoy engaging, collaborative, and creative mathematical activities!
We follow the structure of The National Math Club, bringing you themed sessions that focus on exploration, problem-solving, and logic puzzles. This club is designed to be non-competitive—it's all about working together, challenging your mind, and strengthening your math skills in a relaxed, friendly environment.
Each week, you'll get to:
Dive into themed games and hands-on activities.
Work on challenging problem sets with your peers.
Explore mathematical concepts beyond the classroom.
Discover that math isn't just about tests and formulas—it's about creativity and teamwork!
Day: Every Thursday morning
Time: 8:10 AM - 8:50 AM
Location: The Learning Lab (Room 111)
Important: Participation in the Math Club will take place in lieu of teacher-assigned Freckle practice during the Thursday advisory period. By joining the club, you commit to attending these morning sessions and engaging with the club's activities instead of completing your regular advisory work.
All students interested in joining the Math Club should submit an application. We are looking for students who are enthusiastic about math and committed to attending every week.
