Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

FMPSD has hosted staff wellness sessions with Mellanie Fraser, Mental Health Coordinator and Joel Pukalo (Psychologist). If you are interested in future sessions, please contact your administrator.

FMPSD has a school counsellor in every school. Please access your school counsellor for more support with psycho-education and outside referrals.
