Registration fees

Early Fee – Senior Researcher 550.00 €

Early Fee – Student 400.00 €

Late Fee – Senior Researcher 650.00 €

Late Fee – Student 500.00 €

Registration fee includes: Access to sessions and poster exhibition, coffee breaks, lunches and the conference welcome dinner.

Cancellation Policy for Registration:

Until May 1st, 2023 - 100% refund (minus 50€ handling fee)

No refund on cancellations received after May 2nd, 2023
