The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks and buffet lunches and social dinner. It also covers the conference materials.
Cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be notified in writing via email to isofood2026@fmach.it.
The following refund conditions apply:
until May 1st: full refund (handling fee: euro 20,00).
after May 1st: no refunds will be issued for cancellations. However, substitutions (transferring your registration to a colleague) are allowed at no extra cost, provided the secretariat is notified in advance.
Please note: all refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference. Refunds will not be granted for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference.
