Fondazione Edmund Mach is organizing the 2026 edition of the ISO-FOOD International Symposium, to be held in San Michele all’Adige (Trento, Italy) from May 13th to 15th, 2026.

ISO-FOOD is a leading international symposium on food authenticity and traceability, addressing global challenges related to food safety, quality, and sustainability. 

The 2026 edition will feature a multidisciplinary program including plenary sessions, oral presentations, poster sessions, exhibition areas, and networking opportunities connecting academia, regulatory bodies, and industry.

Fondazione Edmund Mach promotes and carries out education and training, scientific research, and experimental activities as well as providing technical assistance and extensions services to companies in the agri-food and environmental areas. The Edmund Mach Foundation pursues the objectives and activities of the Istituto Agrario, founded in 1874 by the Tyrolean Diet. It is located on the left bank of the Adige river, in a hilly area, in a campus that covers 14 hectares in the municipality San Michele all’Adige, province of Trento.
