Passionate about your research? Showcase your creativity at the ISO-FOOD Symposium Science Slam!

The Science Slam features fast-paced, 5-minute talks designed to engage. The goal isn't just to present data, but to explain the essence of your work in an understandable and entertaining way. At the end of the session, the audience will vote for their favorite presentations, with prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

How to Apply: Send an email to isofood2026@fmach.it with your name, affiliation, and topic of interest. The five best applicants will be selected to perform during the Conference Dinner.

Eligibility: Open to all registered participants of the ISO-FOOD Symposium.
