Objectives WP2 will create a model with predictive capability covering both airborne pollen, spores and airborne bacteria. The model will be based on the Maximum Entropy approach (MaxEnt).
Activities
The MaxEnt approach will be extended to cover pollen, fungal spores and bacteria by using eDNA and LM data from the passive samplers resulting from WP1 and the experiments from WP3.
Output will be hyper-detailed biodiversity maps covering the urban zone and nearby surroundings.
Validation of the maps will be based on two approaches:
A) Cross validation using the "leave-one-out procedure".
B) Atmospheric footprint modelling.
