This is like your textbook for the course. This is where you will go to read through each lesson and learn what to complete for your assignment. You will read the lessons FIRST. You will then move on to submit your assignment for the lesson under your ASSESSMENTS.
Segment 1: Start with Module 1 -1.01 Importance of Physical Activity Quiz
Segment 2: Start with Module 4 - 4.01 Mental Fitness Quiz
As you read through each lesson in the module, make sure you are reading every page and completing the interactive activities within the lesson, as well as the worksheets to help you prepare for your quiz short responses or assignments due at the end of the lesson. At the end of each lesson, you will receive directions for completing your assignment(s).
Once you read the lesson and review the assessment directions, you will then go to your ASSESSMENTS to submit the assignment or take the quiz for the lesson.
Think of this as your "to-do" list! Once you submit an assignment, it will disappear off of this list.
TIP: It is extremely important that you work in the order of the class! Please do not skip around.
It is important to remember when you see the blue circle and check mark - it is indicating you should SUBMIT work. This could be a quiz, worksheet, wellness plan, DBA or exam.
This is where you will review feedback for your submitted assignments and resubmit/reset assignments.
You will see your overall progress, including % complete, overall grade, the last assignment submitted, etc. You can also review your grade for each individual assignment, and click on the assignment to see further feedback from your teacher. You can also resubmit an assignment if you don't do well.
Did you know ... if you aren’t happy with your grade when you submit an assignment, you can resubmit the assignment for a higher grade, not once…but TWICE?!
Go to your GRADEBOOK and click on the assignment.
Review your teacher’s feedback for the assignment.
Revise the assignment based on your teacher’s feedback. If it is a quiz, you can “reset” the quiz at the top and try it again!
Be sure to check your email daily for class announcements, assignment feedback, or any other communication from your teacher.
You can also send your teacher an email message to communicate.
