WHAT IS DUAL CREDIT?
A dual credit course is a college course taken by a high school student for which the student earns both college and high school credit simultaneously.

Del Mar College Dual Credit courses are be taken at FBHS, online or at a Delmar College campus.
Del Mar College Dual Credit courses may be taken Fall, Spring, Summer 1 and Summer 2.
Dual Credit Drop Form - Student must complete and return to high school counselor.
Dual Credit End Of Year Form - Dual Credit seniors who wish to continue at Del Mar College after high school graduation
Del Mar College Transcript Request - Students must send a Del Mar College transcript to their college/university in order transfer college credit earned during high school.

Meet with School Counselor: Contact your high school counselor for eligibility
TSI: Take the TSI or verify TSI Exemption
Apply Texas: Complete Apply Texas and Print page 1 of your submitted application
Meningitis Vaccination: If vaccination is expired, provide updated shot record OR vaccination exemption form
Dual Credit Registration Form: Complete "Dual Credit Registration Forms" for each semester you plan to take dual credit. Leave the course information blank. The counselors will complete that section.
Submit to School Counselor: Turn in all completed paperwork to your school counselor by the deadline.
