The Fleet Feet App

The Fleet Feet App provides Fleet Feet Milestones members with quick and easy access to their rewards and point balances, and account information. Downloading the app also provides members with a mobile-friendly online shopping experience. 

Our fleetfeet.com partners, New Media Campaigns, power the Fleet Feet App and made recent updates so that the app experience is more consistent with the fleetfeet.com experience. This includes: 

1. Local traffic driving features, such as local inventory settings, buy-online-pickup-in-store and WhaitWhile in-store appointment booking. 

2. Local website callouts, informed by the customer's zip code, which populates with content you and your teams add to your local HiFi websites. 

3. In-app menu callouts to engaging content, such as blogs, shoe reviews and free workouts. 

4. Enhanced Fleet Feet Milestones member portal providing members with easy access to tier status, point balance, rewards balance and eligible bonus offers and sweepstakes. 

5. Updated fleetfeet.com customer account, which includes fit id scans and in-store and online purchase history (something customer insight reports reiterate that customers want access to!). 

6. New branding, consistent with fleetfeet.com brand refresh and consistent with Fleet Feet's updated brand standards.
