Project Impact in collaboration with the FLAME Yoga Club hosted a calming and restorative workshop focused on achieving peace with period pains and crampsthrough the healing and empowering practice of yoga.
Led by a certified yoga practitioner, the session guided participants through gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and targeted poses specifically designed to alleviate menstrual discomfort. It was more than just a physical practice, it was a moment of self-care, solidarity, and body awareness.
