Project Impact kickstarted its journey with a heartwarming and joy-filled event — “Unwinding with the Didi’s”, our very first community-building session designed to celebrate and appreciate the incredible women who support our campus every day.
In this wholesome gathering, we came together to bond with the Didis through bracelet-making, flower crafting, and personalized cards. The room was filled with warmth and creativity as we engaged in conversations that went beyond everyday interactions, building a space of mutual respect and joy.
“Unwinding with the Didi’s” wasn’t just an event — it was a celebration of gratitude, togetherness, and the spirit of community that Project Impact stands for.

In this wholesome gathering, we came together to bond with the Didis through bracelet-making, flower crafting, and personalized cards. The room was filled with warmth and creativity as we engaged in conversations that went beyond everyday interactions, building a space of mutual respect and joy.
“Unwinding with the Didi’s” wasn’t just an event — it was a celebration of gratitude, togetherness, and the spirit of community that Project Impact stands for.
The event brought together an overwhelming turnout of over 250 participants, including two batches of 100 housekeeping staff members, 25 children from Bal Bhavan, and enthusiastic students and faculty from across the FLAME University community.
At its heart, the program was a celebration of the individuals who work tirelessly to keep the campus running smoothly every day. By dedicating an entire afternoon to music, dance, and shared moments of joy, the event created meaningful connections between students and staff. The Didis took center stage, filling the space with infectious energy, laughter, and warmth. Many shared how special it felt to be celebrated and included, describing the experience as both memorable and deeply meaningful.
The event beautifully reflected FLAME University’s commitment to community, inclusivity, and appreciation, bringing people together through celebration and shared gratitude.
