The Fitchburg Historical Society is open to the public, with history exhibitions in the George R. Wallace, Jr. and Alice Wallace Exhibition Hall, the Arthur Lowe Library and the Crocker Center for the Study of Fitchburg History. Located in the heart of Main Street and facing the Upper Common in the historic Phoenix Building.
