HEALTH SAFETY NET
A program for Massachusetts low and medium-income residents of all ages who are not eligible for health insurance or cannot afford to buy it. Must be a Massachusetts resident. The program helps families with limited income, or large medical bills that cannot be paid. Premiums and co-pays are determined by income eligibility.

SERVING HEALTH INFORMATION NEEDS OF EVERYONE (SHINE)
SHINE is a state health insurance assistance program that provides free health insurance information, counseling and assistance to Massachusetts elders and individuals with disabilities in understanding their Medicare and MassHealth benefits and other health insurance options.
