Staying after School Hours

Middle School students are expected to go home at 15:10 but students are welcome to stay on campus to work, play or socialise until 17:00.

 If students are not involved in a structured activity after school, they are expected to be in a ’safe’ zone. This is an area of the school which has a flow of adults providing indirect supervision. These safe zones are the library, atrium/tech deck or boulevard. All school rules regarding behaviour still apply at this time.

All Middle School students should leave campus at 17:00 unless engaged in a supervised activity such as a music lesson, tutoring or sports practice. Students waiting for the late bus (17:15) must wait on the boulevard from 17:00.

We understand that some students may need to wait past 17:00 for an older sibling engaged in an activity. In this case, please inform the Middle School office. It is important that we know who is on campus. After 17:00, students who need to stay on campus should wait in either the boulevard or atrium/tech deck.

Access on weekends. 

1. No student should be on campus between 09:00 & 18:00 unless in a supervised activity

2. No access to campus at all other times (unless part of a school authorized event.
