What you need to know now!

Top things to know right now…

1.  This will be our 11th year competing. Let’s make this one our best season yet!

2.  To maximize your success you must be running before the season starts. Conditioning starts on JUNE 1st. While not mandatory it is highly recommended, and you will be encouraged to log your mileage over the summer months. You need to be running consistently and at a high volume over the summer to be ready to improve your times. Show up for group conditioning and we will get you on track while having some fun getting in shape.

3.  We will have a very competitive roster. Let's set some new records. 

4.  We always want to encourage more runners. Spread the word and get your friends to join us. This is a great way to prep your fitness for a spring sport.

5.  Consistency is everything. Lose the excuses and do the work for yourself and your team.

6.  JULY 29th will be our first official team practice date.

7.  The state meet will be on NOVEMBER 16th. Mark your calendar - we want to be be there this season!

8.       You can’t condition with us without medical clearance or begin the season without your paperwork cleared. Schedule with your doctor NOW to renew your physicals BEFORE the season starts. Head to the school’s website and find the information you need in the Athletics section

9.  Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Run early or go late but avoid the heat during the summer!

10.  Show up! Show consistency! Show support!
