Top things to know right now for new and interested runners…
This is our 12th year competing. Let’s make this one our best season yet!
For those who are new to us our team competes in 8 - 10 meets per season provided the weather holds up for us. Our events are 5K (3.1 mile) events.
During the season we practice right after school Monday through Thursday. Fridays are a scheduled run on your own. We run Saturdays in pre-season.
You can’t practice with us until you have your medical clearance. Head to the school’s website to find the information you need in the "Athletics" section

Head to the Calendar section to see our practice, meet and events schedule. Summer conditioning started on June 2nd and will continue through the summer.
Returning runners (not new runners) should be able to run 6.2 miles (10K) comfortably when summer conditioning begins.
We always want to encourage more runners. Spread the word and get your friends to join us. This is a great way to prep your fitness for a spring sport.
Consistency is everything. Lose the excuses and do the work for yourself and your team.
The state meet will be on NOVEMBER 22nd. Mark your calendar - we want to qualify to get there!
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Run early or go late but avoid the heat during the summer!
If you are a new runner the key thing is to show up consistently. We will start you off based on your current fitness level.
Show up! Show consistency! Show support! It's #showtime
