Cross Country is a demanding sport and the first step for success is training. Get ready to work hard and bring a positive attitude with you at every practice, meet and event.


SHOW Consistency!

Attend practices regularly. Lose the excuses to make it happen. Be consistent in your training, your preparation and your recovery efforts. Consistency will help you improve and build endurance both physically and mentally.


SHOW Support!

Be supportive of all involved including your teammates, parents, teachers, coaches and your community. Encourage each other to work hard and improve. We are a better team when we help each other!
