The official Flyoffs schedule has been published. There is a participant meeting after dinner on Friday, during which you will get the plan for the weekend and turn in your models. Flying will be all day Saturday and Sunday, and Monday morning sessions for S7 and if needed, S8 tiebreakers. Your travel plans are Friday-Monday, August 2-5, depending on the events you plan to fly.
Anyone participating in the flyoffs must also register as either a contestant or a sport flyer at NARAM-65 and must be a current member of the NAR.
You must demonstrate that you flew your S1B, S3A, S4A, S6A, and S9A models at least once before you arrive in Colorado. Remember to send your flight card to Coach Steve, stevekristal@hotmail.com FLIGHT CARD
NARAM and the Flyoffs registration is available on-site. Online registration is closed.
The address for the registration site is: https://naram.nar.org/
To compete, you will first need to select the “FAI Registration” button. Only the competitors need to register; parents and supporters do not.
Then, you will need to select one of these two other options depending on whether you are competing in just the Flyoffs (FAI-North Coast Cup Weekend Only) or also planning to stay and compete in NARAM (FAI-North Coast Cup All 7 Days).
Other options include getting a NARAM patch, reserving a camping site, or signing up for the banquet at the end of NARAM week.
