EXPLORE THE STORYWORLD: In this World Wiki you can explore the rough, realistic and funny universe of the CITIZEN STREET storyworld. It is inspired by Borgergade (translated Citizen street) a "real world" street in Copenhagen which was torn down in 1950. Dangerous to visit and even more dangerous to live in because of the  criminals, prostitutes, speak easies, hords of snotty kids, deceases and backyard fires. But the street is also a home and the social glue keeps the citizens tight and together they overcome differences and challenges creating a home.

The world of CITIZEN STREET is designed and written by creatives across media and artforms. It is a storyworld and a playground for artists to colaborate and create works. If you get inspired and would like to become a creative CITIZEN of the storyworld, would like to contribute with a character, a place or other to the storyworld or even have a project you would like to develop in the storyworld please feel free to let us know (gamlehest@me.com). USE OF THE STORYWORLD: The purpose of the storyworld is to inspire fellow artists to colaborate, create and publish new experiences in the CITIZEN STREET storyworld. The material is derived from the real Borgergade as well as material inspired by related storyworlds such as the works of Charles Dickens, Italian Neorealism movies, the photographies by Jakob Riis and modern storyworlds such as the Dropsie Avenue comics by artist Will Eisner and the tv-show Peaky Blinders. As the storyworld is developed 100% open source you can use all the material as you like in your own works and publish it as you like.

USE OF THE WORLD WIKI:  The World Wiki contains an overview of the world (Where?),  cast of characters (Who?), storylines (When?), the mythology and rules of the world (How?) and themes (Why?).  You can propose  new  characters, places and other elements to this CITIZEN STREET wiki and thereby participate in building the storyworld.
