CITIZEN STREET is a fictional street inspired by real world streets such as Adelgade and Borgergade in Copenhagen. And in general every city has its own CITIZEN STREET.
The layout of the street mirors the people who live here, and the lives of people are shaping the street. It is formed like a Z in an endless loop. At each end there is a tunnel and on the other side of the tunnel you arrive at the other end of CITIZEN STREET. In other words, you cant get out and this is the world you live in.
You will hear sounds from the outside world. Chuch bells ringing and the sea not far away. And through through the two tunnels people and vehicles will arive in the city.
But there is also a vast world behind the buildings in the street. Each compound has a number and consists of a fronthouse and three backyards. The deeper you go into the backyard the poorer and more dark and chaotic it gets. Also the north end is more narrow and poorer than the south end of the street.
