Education & Career Guidance (ECG) at Fuhua aims to equip Fuhuanites with the necessary knowledge, skills and values to make decisions for a successful transition from school to further education or work and hence, to manage their career pathways and lifelong learning.
We deliver ECG using a tiered approach in an intentional, structured and progressive manner:
Foundation Programme aims to inculcate core values, knowledge and skills through school-wide implementation of the MOE ECG curriculum and other level-based programmes.
Experiential Programme aims to inculcate core values, knowledge and skills through hands-on learning and exploration opportunities such as through learning style assessment, career interest profiling and visits to institutions and industries. These platforms allow the students to have a better understanding of their strengths and interests and also the expectations of the post-secondary school institutions and industries that they are interested in.
Special Programme aims to provide selected groups of students with further opportunities and training.
