HOMECOMING BANNER RULES & GUIDELINES

The banner must have a felt backing
The banner must be 10 feet long and 4 feet wide. Banners will be HUNG HORIZONTALLY. It is very important to not exceed the given dimensions.
The banner will be hung horizontally, so design accordingly. Banners will be hung in the front entrance.
Please put grommets every 18" along the top of your banner to allow us to hang it.
BANNERS WITHOUT GROMMETS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED!!!!
4. Materials must adhere to the felt backing.
5. You may not exceed $65 from the class funds; the rest must come from donations. All receipts must be turned into the class advisor.
6. You must include our homecoming opponent. Do not use excessive language such as kill, murder, etc. ASK if you are not sure!!!
7. Each banner chairperson must submit a list of the students that worked on the banner. A minimum of 4 students is required.
8. Include your class year or i.d. (Seniors, 2018)
9. All banner rough drafts or sketches must be turned into Advisors by:
Deadline: One Month Prior to Homecoming (30 Days Before Homecoming Friday)
*If not submitted on time there will be a deduction of points.
10. A short paragraph that explains and describes the banner must be turned into advisors who will pass it on to the judges along with the rubric.
All completed banners are due to Room 141 (Mr. Brad Anderson's Room) by 7:40am on the Friday before Homecoming (1st Ranger Challenge Day) UNLESS OTHERWISE DIRECTED! A REPRESENTATIVE FROM EACH CLASS WILL GRAB THE BANNER BEFORE THE ASSEMBLY!!
Banners will be hung in the main entry beginning Monday of homecoming week.
