Now that we’re back in action, January is all about deadlines, scholarships, and making sure you stay on track. Let’s dive in!
If you applied Early Action, financial aid award offers started rolling in last month. You should be:
Check their email and portals regularly (yes, even the spam folder!)
Compare award letters using tools like https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/
Reach out to financial aid offices with questions—early is better than late!
Deadline: March 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT
Early Bird Deadline: February 17, 2026 11:59 PM PT

Pro tip: Submit by Feb 15 for early review (and fewer last-minute tech glitches).

University of Oregon (UO): Regular Decision – Jan 15
Oregon State University (OSU): Priority Deadline – Feb 2
Private Colleges/Universities: Many fall between Jan 15–Feb 15 (check individual schools!)
