OnPoint Community Credit Union sponsors the Scholar Program, recognizing Scholar Athletes and Activity Scholars who are graduating seniors at OSAA member schools.
The Scholar Program recognizes graduating seniors who have achieved a 3.50 or higher unweighted cumulative GPA and earned a varsity letter in an OSAA-sanctioned sport or competed in an OSAA-sanctioned activity.
All graduating seniors in the Scholar Program are eligible to apply for one of six college scholarships - two winners will receive a $10,000 scholarship and four winners will each receive a $5,000 scholarship. Winners will be selected based on success in the classroom, leadership in the community, how participating in OSAA activities has either taught them a lesson or helped them achieve their goals and two letter of recommendation.

The Hops are excited to announce the 2026 Dream Big Scholarship for the class of 2026. This $2,000 scholarship will be awarded to a first generation college student from the Portland Metro/SW Washington area. Applications will open on February 4th, 2026. Applications will be accepted through March 1 at 11:59pm. Applicants will be notified of their status by April 15th. One time disbursement, eligibility to reapply annually.
Applications will be reviewed by a panel comprised of Hops Front Office members, Hillsboro Community Foundation members, and members of the community. Applications will be scored on essay clarity, detailed college and career goals, spelling and grammar, and overall enthusiasm.
Criteria:
Must be a graduating HS Senior from a Portland Metro Area/SW Washington school
Parents/Guardian do not have a 4-year college degree
Attending an Oregon college or university
Minimum 2.5 GPA

Program Overview
The Jiffy Lube "What Drives You?" High School Scholarship program is a unique opportunity to pursue your interests, goals and ideas. A simple 500 words about what drives you? Finalist essays will be selected from the 500 word “What Drives You?” essays. Each finalist will be guaranteed a minimum $1,500 award if they create and submit a unique 1-2 min. video that expands on their essay in their own candid words, visuals, etc. The overall $4,500 scholarship winner will be chosen from these videos.
