We hosted a speed networking event where students had brief meet and greet interviews by perspective employers for possible internships. Thanks to all of the attendees

We met at Greater Fergus Falls and discussed entreprenuership and nonprofit businesses. We also toured OtterCove and the Kaddatz Gallery
We met at the YMCA where we learned about the Y's mission with Anna and Emily. We also discussed CORE values and ways to find employment
We met at Fergus Falls Public Library. We got a tour from librarian Arielle McCune and guest speaker Lisa Workman discussed dressing for success at the workplace.
We met at NRCS with USDA Farm services agent Leon Johnson. We also heard from other government employees about the benefits of government employment.
We met here at KSS and Steve McElmurry from Mac's Impact shared the leadership game with us
We met at the Ottertail county highway depart conference room where we discussed the importance of interpersonal communication at the workplace.
We met the CareerForce center on the M-state campus. Brenda Mathiesen reviewed our student resumes and gave pointers on writing a quality resume and interview tips and tricks.
11/20/24 We hosted a YST Field Trip to the Ottertail County Highway garage, OTC recycle center and the Fergus Falls DNR headquarters. We had over 25 students from both Fergus Falls and Perham attend.
2/19/25 We hosted a YST heavy equipment field trip to Zieglar, RDO and Titan machinery. We had a good turnout from KSS, Perham and Parkers Prairie schools.
