This week's lesson is about understanding our personal and general space. Are you able to move within a given space without touching anything.
Find a place in your house where you have proper personal and general space. Practice these three movements. Each movement builds on the other so do not skip ahead before practicing each movement in order
This week we are getting starting numbers to begin to set goals. If you can only do a wall sit for 15 seconds, how long do you want to be able to do it by the end of the month. We want to start to think about setting long term and short term goals as it relates to health.
