Great Community Food Pack
Can our community come together to
provide the food and volunteer power needed
to feed 1,500 students?
Pledge your support and come together at Bright Futures on May 21st for a 10-Year Anniversary Challenge!
Sign up on the Bright Futures website to bring specific food items and volunteer to join the assembly line. No donation or gift of time is too small. All support is appreciated.
What is a Food Pack?
A Food Pack is a bag of shelf-stable food that a student can take home with them over the weekend. Each Food Pack consists of 8 specific food items. Food is packed in an assembly line, with each bag receiving 8 food items. Upwards of 1,500 local students receive weekend food packs from Bright Futures every week during the school year. This program is completely free to FCPS and WPS students.
