The usual attendance schedules are Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am until 3pm.
Our programs/services are free.
A potential participant may self-refer or be referred by an organization.
We use a Referral to sign up for all our programs and it is available in English and Spanish.
You may also submit an online referral on our website. This referral can be easily translated by clicking on the Google translate button on the bottom right and selecting your language.
Once the referral is complete it can be emailed to: FamPart@FrederickCountyMD.gov or faxed to 301-600-2209.
