If you cannot attend a rehearsal, fill out the Conflict and Absence Form ASAP.
Mandatory Rehearsals are required by all cast & crew. If you cannot attend a mandatory rehearsal for the full duration, this may jeopardize your ability to be in the show. Seek out a director if you have questions/concerns about any of the mandatory rehearsals. Please note - Saturday, October 24th from 9 am to 4 pm is a MANDATORY rehearsal. Plan your weekends with this in mind.
Actors: Use the French Scene Chart below to determine if you need to attend a scheduled rehearsal. Rehearsals are typically called for by scene, NOT by individual actors.
Crew: Read the calendar to see if we are building/constructing OR if training and prep is being done for other technical elements. Attend based on the crew assigned to.
