Cast List

Thanks for auditioning for The Legend of Sleepy Hollow! Casting is always tough, and we’re so lucky to work with such talented and kind students.

Final Casting was based on:

• Turning in all required components & following directions ON TIME (“There’s no deadline like showtime!”)

• Stage presence, character choices, and taking direction

• Availability and schedules

• Leadership, teamwork, and professionalism

What to keep in mind:

• Didn’t get the role you wanted? Don’t give up! Every part matters, and this is a chance to grow as a performer.

• “It’s not what you do, it’s how you do it.” Think about this before deciding to drop the show—your attitude matters for future casting.

• Celebrate others’ successes—no “bucket dipping”!

• No negative posts or gossip about casting or students. Bullying is not allowed and will result in removal from the show.

• Wait at least 24 hours before asking Ms. Peterson or Ms, Clugston about casting.

Next Steps:

If your name isn’t on the list, please check the APPLICATION STATUS spreadsheet and select the "Cast" tab at the bottom. If you did not submit the audition form, attend the mandatory meeting on 8/31, and/or you did not submit a signed contract by the time the cast list posted, you were not able to be added to the cast list. Please check the Schoology group for future opportunities and make sure to work hard on meeting deadlines for the spring production.

First rehearsal: Tuesday September 8 after school in the auditorium. Script distribution and a table read will happen then. Attendance means you’re accepting your role, so everyone must come!
