Introduction to Budget Challenge page is designed to help your introduce Budget Challenge to your class! The resources below will be used to have students become familiar with Budget Challenge and should be completed prior to making Vendor Selections.
"We consider earning five trophies adult level financial capability - if I were giving grades to high school students, five or six would be an "A" grade. We consider three trophies to be high school student capability-on their way to being a successful adult."

Important Student Registration Note: (Practice the username on a sheet of paper or note card before you turn students loose onto the budget challenge website).
Student Username should use the naming conventions outlined:
(School Initials) (Block) (First 2 initials last name) (Semester) (First 4 initials first Name)
Ex: FHS1McF19Norm
Have student log in to budgetchallenge.com
Students will need your provided Class Registration Code
Students should use FCPS email
Students will be required to verify email from budgetchallenge.com

Recommended for students to complete prior to making Vendor Selections.

DAY 4: Vendor Selections
In order for students to make their Budget Challenge Vendor Selections, they will need to read a brief scenario and then make a choice from several options. There are many ways that you might choose to accomplish this in your class, below are some options.
As students complete a vendor selection the tab will turn from red to green!
