Build a foundation of knowledge about how the internet is organized. The internet is a collection of computers, each with their own unique number. When you go to a website, you are asking another computer to send you a copy of various files.
First, watch and respond to the assigned videos in playposit. When you are finished, do some research to find a case of DNS Spoofing and prepare a short presentation to the class. This is a QUICK research and present, so have it done by the end of class.
Understand how computers send information on the internet. Begin a foundation of understanding about the difference between HTTP and HTML. The concept of GET and POST requests will be revisited when we start to use PHP and SQL to send and receive data from forms.
