Peterson Cat ThinkBIG Training Program
ThinkBIG is a Caterpillar-specific instructional program that pays you while you train to become a technician. When you graduate, you will have an Associate Degree in Applied Science, over 2000 hours of on the job experience at Peterson, and continue with a full-time job.

Adventist Health: COPE Junior Health Scholars
The Junior Health Scholar program allows high school students between the ages of 16-18 to shadow a current Health Scholar or work independently in the patient care setting dependent on site requirements.
