A year of paid service in the California Conservation Corps can put you on a path to success, where you’ll get paid to train and transform your life!
For people 18-to-25 years of age
24 locations in CA (residential and non-residential)

Peterson Cat ThinkBIG Training Program
ThinkBIG is a Caterpillar-specific instructional program that pays you while you train to become a technician. When you graduate, you will have an Associate Degree in Applied Science, over 2000 hours of on the job experience at Peterson, and continue with a full-time job.
