Absence Buyback
If you have exceeded more than 10 absences you should start buying back hours and keeping track of these hours on the attendance buyback form .
You can pick up the forms in the counseling or front offices.
If you are curious in how many hours you need to buyback currently admin or the counselors can clarify for you.
It is the student's responsibility to fill out the appeal form and return the documented hours.
Make sure you are working on your attendance buy back if you have over 10 absences.
You can be working on this in Saturday schools, Assets, and Wednesday buybacks.
We took away credit from 31 students last semester due to lack of attendance.
This policy is no joke.
We don't want to issue NC for courses that students have worked hard to pass, but will if the policy is not adhered to.
Please attend class and be on time.
If you have a library book out please get them turned in by May 22nd!
If you can not find a book please check with Mrs. Naulty in the library!
Seniors please make sure your school items are returned ASAP! If you are still currently using the items that are checked out to you, be sure to get them returned before graduation practice starts on Thursday June 4th!
You can check in Aeries under:

Skateboards
All skateboards are to be stored in the front office. If it is not, it will be confiscated by the teachers or admin and a parent will need to come and pick it up. Too many folks have taken advantage of the situation and are riding them on campus. Thanks for taking care of this.

PROM 2026 - That's a Wrap
We had such an amazing time at the prom, and we hope everyone who attended had a magical evening. Planning a prom is like plannng a wedding and there are so many people to thank. First of all, we'd like to thank the Spring Ranch for donating such an amazing venue for the prom. We'd like to thank Sonya Houston of Mendocino Weddings for making this happen, as well as her vision, time, and attention to detail. She had Mendo Floral and other vendors pitch in to make this night perfect. Matt Rowland donated so much to the evening. Joanna of Rollin Dough donated the coffee for our evening, which seemed to be a big hit. If you have Instagram, please tag these businesses in your prom posts. Thank you to all of our amazing parent helpers and high school staff who made donations and helped with the evening. Lastly, thank you to every student who attended the 2026 prom. You dressed like roylaty and you're why this event was so amazing!
Here are the photos for you to enjoy!
We were honored to plan this event! Mrs. Iversen & Mrs. Larson

Community Service Opportunities
We are looking for some volunteers to assist at our Coast PAL fishing clinic on May 9th from 9:00 to 1:00 at Moura’s Pond.
We could specifically use some fish cleaners and someone with fishing knowledge that could assist kids at the pond with casting etc and at the rigging station to help with rigging the poles.
This is a great way to earn community service.
Please see Mrs. Larson if you’re interested.
