ASSETs schedule
Monday, September 29th
Before school (7:10-8:00 a.m.): Academic help with Mr. Carr (library).
Academic help after school (3:25-4:20) with:
Mr. Zika (room 302)
Ms. McWilliam (room 310)
Mr. Carr (room 115).
Cooking: 3:30-5:00, room 112 (teachers/staff lounge kitchen). All are welcome to drop in to make lasagna with Rosa after school today :D
The weight room is open after school until 5:30 with Mr. Deschenes.
The library is open today until 5:30 with Mrs. Slade. Please stop by if you have artwork to contribute for the Ukrainian Children's project (UCARE)--the deadline is this week :)

Fort Bragg Rotary Club's Study Abroad Information Night at 6pm in the Career & College Center on Wednesday, October 1st.
Any students interested should come and bring a parent if they can.
Students can go to www.ye5130.org to learn more before the information night.
This opportunity to be an exchange student through Rotary International is for the 26-27 school year.
Parking Passes
Parking Passes Are Now Required!
As of September 15th all students who drive themselves to school must display parking passes.
Students can pick up passes in the school office by showing proof of insurance and their driver’s license.
Parking passes will only be issued to registered vehicles.
Parking Passes are $5!
Work Permits
Reminder to students that ALL work permits have expired as of September 1st!
If you have not already stopped by the front office to renew your work permits do this ASAP or else your CANNOT work!
Intramural Volleyball
Intramural Volleyball is starting soon!
So form a team, choose a (school appropriate) team name, and get a signup sheet from Mr. Bell (room 119).
Yearbook Announcements
There are 100 yearbooks left for sale before we are sold out.
They are $75 through September 30th, then they go to $85. Get your yearbook today.

Detention This Week
Detention will be with Ms. Melcher Tuesday in rm 203 & with Mr. Bell Thursday in rm 119 from 3:25-4:15pm
If you are assigned a detention due to Tardies you can serve them in an Assets that week as well as a designated detention.
It is the student's responsibility to return the slip if an alternative is chosen, so we can mark it as served.
Otherwise, you will be assigned a Saturday school or In-house suspension.
Thanks for taking care of your responsibilities in a timely manner.
Please try to form lifelong habits of getting places on time.

Freshmen: Freshmen Air Band Meeting Thursday at lunch in room 200 (Ms. Davis' room). We need to finalize our music and set some practice times.
Sophomore: Airband meets at McWilliam's Room (310) at Lunch on Thursdays!

Manage Face Painting Line - 2 shifts at 1 hour each. (or can fill the entire 2 hour shift.)
Strike (break-down) - Hours: 4PM until finished….5:30PM
