Welcome to Spanish class! Once again we will be working out of the textbook Realidades, which is the same book that the high school uses. My goal is to make you feel comfortable with learning a new language, and create a foundation for you to go on to high school and be successful in your study of Spanish there. We will do a lot of talking together, practicing together, reading, and writing together in Spanish. I will even teach you some songs and maybe, just maybe, how to dance. We will do group projects and take tests, and, while there won't be assigned homework, I do expect that you will practice a bit, a few minutes every day, at home. There will be quizzes, to motivate you to do that. I hope that you will enjoy the class, so let's get going--Vámonos!
