Seth has been serving with FBC Bicknell since 2003.  He was our associate pastor for 5 years and in 2008 was called to be the lead pastor. His primary responsibilities include being the primary preacher on Sunday morning, setting vision and mission priorities, leading the staff, providiing pastorial care, leading the administrative functions of the church,  and working with volunteers and board members. 

Seth is married to Lauren and they have four children. Tabbi, Heather, Ty, and Elijah.   The A*Team (as they call themselfs) is passionate about local mission and foster care.  They are currently a licensed foster home. 

Seth is committed to teaching the Bible so that the complex truth of scripture can be understood.  He is a graduate of the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago.

Lauren is is a graduate of Oakland City University and serves as a licensed pastor at FBC Bicknell.  She fills the pulpit and assits in other ministries of the church.  She is also a professional speaker and you can learn more about her ministry at laurenalexander.live. 

Jeff began his service with FBC Bicknell in 2018.  His primary responsibilityes include leading the Wednesday night youth (7-12th grade) programing, pastoring our teens and young adults, and assisting Seth with other Pastorial duties. Jeff also works to build our camping ministry by serving as session director at ICBC and encouring all of our studetns to attend each summer. 

He is a native of Lawrence County, Indiana.   Before he started serving at FBC he was on staff at  Indian Creek Baptist Camp, FBC Mitchell, and Rebuilt in Bloomfield, Indiana. Jeff is married to Taylor and they have a daughter named Numa who was born in August or 2022 and a son Joash who was born in May of 2025.  Jeff works full time at KCARC in Vincennes. 

Kevin joined the FBC staff in 2025. His main responsibilities includ the supervison of all worship services, worshhip tech, and shepherding worship leader to grow both musically and spiritualy.  

Kevin and his wife Savannah moved to Bicknell in September 2022. Kevin graduated from Oakland City University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Worship Arts with a concentration in music. He helped start a church on the north end of Evansville in 2018 where he served as the Worship Pastor for nearly 4 years. Kevin has served in music ministries ranging from southern gospel groups to contemporary praise and worship bands. 

Kevin and Savannah have two girls, Riley and Adelaide. Since moving, they have served in the church in both music and children/ youth  ministries. Kevin works full time at Menards in Princeton and   Savannah works full time in child care.
