Meet Our Pastors
Rev. Seth Alexander
Lead Pastor - seth@fbcbicknell.org
Seth has been serving with FBC Bicknell since 2003. He was our associate pastor for 5 years and in 2008 was called to be the lead pastor. Seth is married to Lauren and they have four children. Tabbi, Heather, Ty, and Elijah. The A*Team (as they call themselfs) is passionate about local mission and foster care. They are currently a licensed foster home.
Seth is committed to teaching the Bible so that the complex truth of scripture can be understood. He is a graduate of the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago.
Lauren is is a graduate of Oakland City University and serves as a licensed pastor at FBC Bicknell. She fills the pulpit and assits in other ministries of the church. She is also a professional speaker and you can learn more about her ministry at laurenalexander.live.
Pastor Jeff Weber
Student Ministry Pastor - jeff@fbcbicknell.org
Jeff began his service with FBC Bicknell in 2018. He is a native of Lawrence County, Indiana. Before he started serving at FBC he was on staff at Indian Creek Baptist Camp, FBC Mitchell, and Rebuilt in Bloomfield, Indiana. Jeff is married to Taylor and they have a daughter named Numa who was born in August or 2022. They are also licensed foster parents. Jeff works full time at KCARC in Vincennes.

Carla Arthur
Administrative Assistant - carla@fbcbicknell.org
Carla has been on staff at FBC Bicknell since 1999. She handles many administrative functions of the church from weekly newsletters to financial management. Carla is mother of Eric and his wife Jessica.
Pastor David Minnich
Volunteer Assistant Pastor
David is a member of FBC Bicknell who is also licensed pastor. He assists the pastors of FBC Bicknell with advice, preaching, teaching, and leading communion. He currently serves as Chair of the Trustees (property and facility committee) at the church. Dave owns and opperates M and M Irrigation Services.
Abby Sydow
Worship Cordinator
Abby is responsiable for cordination of our worship services. She schedules worship leaders, ensures that set lists are complete, and works with the pastors and worship committee to plan special worship services for the church. Abby is a student and Vincennes University and works for Pea-Fections reasturant.
