Need Help Using a Tool?

If you need assistance using an online resource in the classroom and want to schedule a help session or training, please submit a helpdesk ticket. You can find it under Other Requests >> Office of Instructional Technology.

Need technical support for things like passwords, software and FCPS device issues? Staff should contact the helpdesk at 381-HELP.

Students & Families Technical Support

Teachers, please direct students and families to the contact information below for assistance from technical support. The Student Tech Support line will help with accounts and Chromebook issues.
