Requesting High School Transcript:

·         Parchment: (Parchment Registration - Lafayette High)

*Send your transcript for free by creating an account with Parchment (Note: when asked, the student should use a gmail/iCloud/yahoo email address. DO NOT use an FCPS email address; it will be disabled after graduation). Click on the link or:

1.    Go to the Lafayette website.

2.    Click Guidance.

3.    Click Transcript.

4.    Click on the Parchment icon.

5.    Follow the instructions to create an account and send.

6.    FOR FINAL TRANSCRIPTS ONLY: In May, select “hold for grades” when ordering your transcript to ensure it will not be sent until final grades have been posted.

·         Common App – if you are using the Common App to apply to numerous colleges, your counselor can upload transcripts and recommendations: Common App. However, you must still send your final transcript via Parchment.

·         Coalition for College - if you are using Coalition to apply to numerous colleges, your counselor can upload transcripts and recommendations:  Coalition Link. However, you must still send your final transcript via Parchment.

·         SENDedu: some colleges may have you submit a transcript via SENDedu. However, you must still send your final transcript via Parchment.

Requesting Dual Credit Transcript: If you are taking a Dual Credit class this year, you will have a college transcript that will need to be sent to your college next year, along with your high school transcript.
