NOTE! Great news! Code.org integrates with Clever and is FREE!
As quoted by code.org tech support, "Courses, tools, and integrations for teaching computer science in the classroom are completely free and will continue to be free in perpetuity."
Steps to setup Clever access to Code.org:
Submit a help ticket to the eCurriculum team, requesting Clever access to code.org.
Please include the Infinite Campus course name and sections for the classes which will use code.org.
Once the Clever integration is established, there will be additional setup steps required by the teacher.
Teachers will then access the code.org app from Clever, and follow steps 2 through 6 shown in this 'Setting Up Sections with Clever Sync' support site. (also see tips below)
Note! If your roster in Infinite Campus/Clever changes, you will need to RE-SYNC your classes in the code org platform following steps shown under 'Frequently Asked Questions' in the 'Setting Up Sections with Clever Sync' support site.
Warning! Only choose one syncing option between Google Classroom and Clever - NOT BOTH! Using both options can lead to duplicate accounts for students, which can lead to issues with seemingly lost progress because students have been using two accounts.
Note the following additional tips to guide you during setup.
Once you've selected grade level curriculum(s) needed, and assigned the course to your sections, students will be able to sign in from Clever and progress at their own pace with code.org!
