How to reset an EdPuzzle score. It may become necessary to do that if the EdPuzzle assignment has a requirement of scoring a minimum score before being able to move on. If a student doesn't meet that minimum score on their first attempt, you will need to reset the score so they are able to attempt the assignment again. Some video highlights are:

If the EdPuzzle doesn't load correctly, refresh the screen and that should fix the problem
If a student needs to redo and EdPuzzle, the teacher would have to reset the score so a student could do another attempt
